I's been waiting all day for this one, to turn up here for the usual FCBO scruteny...

No road wheels, and no cruise, but apart from that.. it appears to be one of the best optioned 300's I've seen for a long time..

Chrysler 300 Convertible - 1970 - 40,690 original miles

The drool-bucket is out, and I REALLY WANT IT - It would be PERFECT for our upcoming "November road-trip US-tour" !

We got this one covered in another active thread.

Never seen those type of wheel covers before, but they do appear in the '70 brochure.

I do believe this is the first time I've seen a car that has the same radio that is in my car.

Ha ha, yes.. I see what you mean, absolutely not my first choice, but I don't exactly hate it either.. or the options..! :p
You guys are killing me! I love this combo, but maybe it is because my first car was a green on green Barracuda.

This radio?

Those were optional "deluxe" wheel covers offered only in '71. Very nice looking but very heavy. Not 100%, though I believe my '70 Newport convertible has that same radio. It's unreal how many different ones were available those years.

About the 8-Track.. It's the same type I had (70 300), and also in my 69 Imperial, and I don't remember seeing any other type of 8-Tracks in the Fusie 300's and Imp's I've seen, so they can't be than uncommon. The "Deep dish" however, I only saw a few times.

PS: As ppl's comment on my duplicate thread, I grow more and more embarrassed.. Time for a thread-merge?
Tallhair perhaps? I'll offer beer's at the November Turkey-run for the trouble ;-)

I think I'd be fine with it after it "settled", but it would not be my first choice.. but I'd take it over green / green, to get the combo effect. I'd love the green, and would prefer the green exterior, with beige interior. I'm actually not even sure which combo I would choose, if I had had the chance... Ha, that decision would have taken me forever.. but gold ext / black int would be my choice, if forced to choose in 1 min..

I always loved this picture below.. Can anyone tell me where it's from? In my humble opinion, it would have been the perfect candidate, as the centerfold in the 69' Imperial brochure.. but it's not. They pissed that centerfold away, with a couple of seats, as I recall.. (but all nicely arranged in "hay" also, so "hay" must have been the thing, in 69 ;-) If it hadn't been for the seats spreading on both pages, I would have thought that my brochure had been robbed, and ordered another...

Yes. Is that in yours? Mine was originally an AM/8 track, but I bought the AM/FM. I often see the one with the wheels on both sides of the face and no 8 track.
Whoops! I just looked closer - is yours the AM only?
