Hard to say if it's a factory 440 without a peek at the VIN. Looking at the sale listing, the seller lists major options that would enhance the price, but makes no mention of disc brakes which were part of the 440 bundle. My guess is the car was born with a 318.

Electric roof. Rather new roof. Rather new interior. Very fine, straight body panels. Painted in copper for a few years ago, in very fine shape. Very good chrome and moldings. Very good car, motor that works unbelievably well, as well as the rest of the driveline. Goes fantastically on the road. Has been checked (there is a mandatory, yearly check-up of cars in Sweden) in Aug 24th 2015, valid until Aug 31st 2017. Very fine car, that stands out overall. Interior is bad, but not that bad.. runs nicely, and does not run hot.
