Absolutely an an amazing and desirable C...
but even Lakeland Lash would price it that high.
Easily $20k? High teens? mid 20's?
And I'm one of the Cheap Bastards

Why no mileage disclosure? Not even a photo of the odometer. Not sure about the rusty fender tag either.

Mileage on a car of this caliber is really a moot point. A well maintained vehicle with 175K could easily trump a "unloved" 50K vehicle.
You think that's a rusty tag.....? I've seen some rusty tags, this doesn't qualify
IMHO.

I can appreciate the high asking price on this car. It will help assure the car reaches the right hands and not be snatched up by a flipper, or worse...... Some fool who will rip it apart and change everything.

I would be in a constant tense state driving a car that I laid out $34k for.
I don't want the stress.

Haggerty doesnt pay for dents, dings, and scratches.
I can live with those on BitterSweet. On a 34K wagon? Not so much.

It could be that he is just fishing around to see what the max offer would be. If it doesn't sell for his Bin price I guess it doesn't cost him anything. But I don't really know how eBay works, I've never sold anything on the site. Is what I just said true? If not someone please enlighten me

That is true, no cost to list. Ebay is a great way to get your item seen by the largest audience. There are ways to make personal contact by seriously interested partys during a listing or after it ends. I got the Admiral that way. I made a contact through the ebay listing with an encrypted phone number. The seller called, I offered to pay the opening bid right away, he accepted and ended the listing right then. No fee's were paid to ebay. (Yea....... I really feel bad about that. sic.)

It depends on how many vehicles he has listed. Flat rate fee for a vehicle that sells for over $2000 is $125. The listing is free for the first 6 vehicles you list, after that it's $50 to list each vehicle, but then your flat rate selling fee goes down to $0. If he doesn't sell the first 6 he listed, or the same car 6 times, he paid nothing, but like Will said, he gets great exposure and it becomes a topic of discussion here.

Just re-read the listing and there it was, 81,032 miles. I would imagine this is the "flip", but like the '71 SFGT in the other thread, only a true lover of this wagon will pay the price or close to it, doubt it would be flipped again at this price.
