Nice rides. Is the Fury a VIP by any chance? I noticed the script on the C pillar which leads me to think it is. VIPs were fairly low production compared to the other Fury trim levels. It looks really clean too.

I was watching a video on youtube about a guy cleaning up his rusty paint. It turned out very nice after by using I think CLR. What used to be phosphoric acid based.

It's a VIP. Though it is missing the emblem from the passenger side.

Yeah, that rust on my Newport is a bit more than that.
It's heavily pitted and the cowl/upper firewall is rusted through.
The car sat from about 1981 to 2015 under tarps in a barn where critters pooped and peed and made a nest there.

@68PK21 440.6bbl Right now I'm still sorting out what I have. The trunk and inside are full of parts and I still need to go back and pick up the 440 block that came with the car (I think this had been someone's project, the original block is gone).
My plan is to try and make this a "nice weather" daily driver. So I am going to be looking for a set of 2.93 gears and a sure grip (if not both already built).

Huh. Someone added a Pentastar to the bottom of the drivers fender. Those are 1/car, passenger fender only.
A VIP 2dr is uncommon, and this one looks like a good start. IT's a good shade of yellow, too.
