First up kink the tabs half way to about a 45^ angle. Assemble and grease up then with a pair of C-Clamps clamp the cover to the housing. With a drift (flat punch) drive the tabs in. Although I pinched one of the tabs as a result of c-clamps, it is solid. Do it right there is no need for this silly clamp. Alan
