I saw this green machine on CL
Like Kermit the Frog (It's not easy being green)
Chrysler Newport Royal 1972

1972 Chrysler Newport Royal, 59k original miles. 400 engine. All original paint. Interior is outstanding. Running, daily driver. New power steering rack, new trans pan gasket. Fabulous driver. Second owner.

Very nice looking sedan, like the contrast between the roof and the body paint. Usually these triple pickles have that lighter shade of green that matches the vinyl.
Two thumbs up.
Not sure if he'll get that price being a sedan but I'm sure he built in some dickering room. Looks like a strong 5k car imho.
 
The Green Machine is a tasteful shade, especially with the subtly contrasting vinyl roof. Didn't these either come with a 383, or a 440 - not sure what the "400 engine" means. This is nice, and not overpriced to me, with a 440 it's all the better........

Being a 72 car, yes the 400 cu in engine is correct.

Totally agree. The Sport Fury in my avatar should have had the same green top. I sold it before I ever got around to replacing the top with the correct one (was during my super poor days and the one on there was relatively new).
 
Love the bumper and grille on these.
