Square type, single headrest for any full-sized 1969-70 Chrysler, Dodge or Plymouth with front bucket seats. I have seen this type used on the driver side when only one rest was present. This one is black, and in good condition. It has a zipper bottom, I do not know if this is a re-cover or not, but the padding is soft and pliable.
