Hi, I'm Martyx from The Netherlands, and I have a 1966 Chrysler Town and Country 6 passenger wagon. It's a full-option car with the optional 440 TNT with 365 horses. It has almost all the options for the year, including A/C, CAP, PW/PS/PB, power bucket seats, and a lot more, like AM/FM radio, clock, and a roof rack.
I really love driving it and it is really comfortable.
Thanks, Martyx

Welcome aboard.Nice wagon! What is that hose going to the top of the air cleaner?

:sFl_america2:

Welcome to the site from the Motor City! Really nice wagon, just beautiful!
and what are those hoses? I am curious as well.

Hi,
Those hoses are for driving on LPG, that's because American cars drink a lot, and the fuel is real expensive over here, 2 dollars for 1 liter, and LPG costs about 1 dollar.
Thanks for welcoming me!

So what other mods have been done to the car to run on LPG?

The mods are LPG-Tank, Evaporator, Fuel-Lines from thr tank to the evaporator and a Mixer on the Caburator. The evapurator get some hoses from the coolingsystem in/out.
Here in Germany the price for these things inkl. installation are arround $1500.-

Very interesting, thanks Nitoh!

Yes, they are expensive, but when i bought it about 8 years ago it was already in the car, so I didn't had to pay for it. and because it hasn't got a third seat there was much space for it.
Thanks for the good welcome!
