It would be nice to see it restored but 45K for a rusted wreck? I don't think it's worth anywhere near 45K even if it's professionally restored. What am I missing?

Dan's had this car for sale a few years now Fred for the 45K. The fact that it is an original V code Fury is how he hoping to hook the big spender. We know he's not and knowing Dan he knows too, but figures what the hell might as well shop it around.

Dan: Come clean. We all understand you do want to sell it and you'd like to get the best price you can. And we know to do that is by creating as much publicity as possible. Finally, we all know that the $45k figure was to do just that, i.e. create controversy.

Are you ever going to tell us what you want for the car?
Or are we going to play this game every six months like forever until all we all finally tire of this silly game.
For me, it's just starting to approach the annoying point. The next time might push me over the edge.
Maybe others too and then you lose your credibility.

Theory #2: The car is beyond salvation in any way, manner or form. Hence, we know the VIN tag is worth more than what the whole carcass can get at the crusher. I'd say $1k tops (on a good day).
It's worth the Grand to stay in the limelight.
