Looks like it was done using a fuselage C body top frame. The only thing I see is the lack of trim around the top opening.

I'd like to see what they did with the windshield frame.

I see a ton of potential there....
 
Now that right there I would drive as is. Make the boot and keep the top down,so what if it rains you don`t get wet at 75MPH! Drove a `75 CAPRICE home from Montreal in the rain once, didnt get wet until I stopped at the local watering hole eight hours later!
 
Stan probably has convertible pre-cut marks chalked up on his 76 NYB....

This looks like a coachmaker custom-built it...doesn't look like a backyard cobble-job to me. Look at the rear seat and the rear seat inner trim bits. Being a Vegas car, it looks pretty straight and has the typical desert interior rot. This could be a very cool car!
 
Sorry to reply here (I'm better with carburetors than with computers) to your ad for door panels for a 66/65 Imperial Black, but if you still have them I'll take them.
