As many of you know I have had my 300 in the upholstery shop forever and it is finally getting close to being finished. The salt is all over the roads with no change in sight. I was thinking I might have to driver home when it was dry, but the roads still covered in salt.

I don't have to worry anymore I have a friend offer to loan me his enclosed trailer to bring her home. I am very happy he offered. I didn't want to ask him, because I didn't whether he wanted his trailer on the salty roads.

One step closer to being finished. He is working on the top today, the interior is finished with only the boot left to complete.

That's a good friend there, Mike. I wasn't sure how serious you were about moving her. I almost offered you my trailer but it's full of car right now, and, that 300 is gonna take up every bit of a car trailer. Be really careful.

This is how full a trailer with a 300 is

Yes it will be tight and a 2 man job. Here is my painter unloading it from his trailer. The guy I'm borrowing a trailer from has 3 60's Lincoln Continentals.

I forgot about that picture. You already knew how tight it is then.

Yeah but I enjoyed seeing your pictures of your '65 in the trailer. When he brought it by the first time to take it to his shop we wondered if it was going to fit. He didn't have that nice side door at the middle of the trailer, like yours.

That door is a godsend, but I should have had the door and the hatches installed about 8" farther back.
