I was at Nanton coming home from Lethbridge Alberta
On a fast trip to the inlaws. We were a bit impulsive. Just up and went 6 am FridayAnd you didn't call????
Nice. A little far from home, aren't you?
Nothing a few hours at 75 mph can't handle. Lol
I'm sure there gearing up for Canada day July 1st next weekend. The operators of that museum are either very trusting or very foolish to park the Lanc next to the highway like that!
The Brits flew the Lancaster all the way to 1992, as an Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) variant. The E-3D AWACS replaced it in 1992.
That's what I thought. The wife wasn't very interested but I figured I should go for it. How often do you even see this kind of aircraft let alone park your car beside it and take a few pictures!Nice combo for a picture.
Thanks. She's a blast to motor down the road with.Love your Fury!
