Most times non working power windows aren't the motors. Switches, relays, and bad grounds. Sometimes windows are just stuck.

I have lots if 1964 and 1965 (and a few 1967 and 1968) Imperial parts, some of which are listed in the Classified Ads on my Packard / IMPERIAL page. I may even have spare lenses but my shop and I are hundreds of miles apart so any needs, I can check during my next visit.
