Hi everyone who is in the west of Chicago area.
Staying at the Hilton suites at 10 Dury Lane, Oak Brook Terrace
I'm in town so to speak on training and have an open evening.
Is there anyone who wants to meet up so we can talk cars for an hour or so?

I'll be in classes most of the day but if it works let me know.

Tom

I live in Lombard about ten minutes from Drury Lane.

I have advised him to keep the rims on the Newport

It gives the car the look it needs

I hope it wasn't as bad as I saw in the news and TSA sped things up.
Not at all
Went right in and told them I was Canadian eh'

Got jumped to the front of the line
But still had to be subjected to a cavity search

A good time was had by all!!

The Quito rims that are currently on the car...

I think he has posted pics previously...

Ah yes I forgot it had some aftermarket wheels on it when he got it but thought he had already put the Cop wheels on

P.S. I was also ribbing a bit on the term 'rims'

Sorry I missed this
I'm flying out Friday evening
Sitting at Ohare right now AAMOF

I hope everything moves along smoothly and you get home soon safe and sound with as few irritations as possible ... man air travel sucks compared to pre 2001

He has the "mag wheels" that remind me of what comes on some of the older Hot Wheels cars
is that a better terminology?
I like them!

some here, not me really, prefer the term wheels to rims and I also typed "mag wheels" instead of aftermarket at first but changed it. Mag wheels was always the term of my youth when referring to non factory wheels :)

I was just having a little literary fun but my humor is somewhat dry at times and non-existent for most all the time

The $50 I spent for my Nexus card was money well spent. It makes travel almost a breeze again.
