Is 65 newport 4 dr fender same as 65 2 dr hardtop?

Wondering if I can use a 4 door fender on my 2 dr hardtop and will it be the same.

According to the Chrysler parts book they are the same. The trim might be different, so there might be some holes to fill/drill.
