Every five years the Henry Ford Museum at Greenfield Village in Dearborn Michigan (just outside Detroit) opens the hoods of some of the cars in their collection. You may have seen many of these cars before..either in this Forum or elsewhere.
I caught most of the open hood cars this time around. My apologies for quality of some of the photos by cell phone. I also tried to capture information on the placards so you can tell what you're looking at.
The cars are roped off so you can only get certain shots/angles allowable in the circumstances. I also got a few cars of historical note/special interest that didnt have their hoods open this time around, and some vintage advertising.
I will put on about 15 cars (about 100 photos) in various posts as quickly as I can. Enjoy.
