Went junk yardin' today with Wollfen. The guy has some vintage race cars. The Monte Carlo is according to him the car local verteran racer JD McDuffie won the pole with at the 78 Dover race. He also had this old Gasser International pick up. The gasser was a winning car in its glass. The Plymouth round track car is a clone to the car Cotton Owens won the 53 Daytona race in. Early Hemi with a twin 2 barrel Edmunds intake

I remember when he got killed at the Glen. His death was very influential in developing the HANS device.
 
On pic. 2, the second car to the right of the Monte Carlo, is that a 4Dr '67 New Yorker? (the white one with the trunk open)
