Sure thing!Cool!! Take some pics of the Autopilot stuff if it has it in that manual please.
Yep, I probably devalued the car by a couple hundredAnd you went and opened it......
I'll get some more pics of the interior, the front bench seat needs re-upholstering and the windless gaskets need replacing but for a 65 all original minus the steering wheel is amazing, i don't think the back seat was ever sat in. The 318 poly needs a valve job so I figured while the engine is pulled put new rings, in clean up all the seats, install a mild cam, new intake and 4 barrel carb, with some header and straight pipe exhaust with some purple hornies for now. Eventually put a shift kit and update torque converter and rebuild trans. Keeping the outside the way it is but will probably refininish the wheels as they are a little chunky with some rust."The *metal* coat hooks located above the rear side windows". classic...
These were change in 67 or 68 to plastic for safety reasons.
Same for the window crank knobs in 1968 which would fall off on the Fury but could be fixed rather easily. Some would just use boneyard 1967 versions. I fixed mine successfully.
You're welcome! I have the whole thing at my disposal so if you need anything else just holler! Thanks!
