The kid that did the metal work on my 300, just cut out the cancer in my rear doors. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Wow. That's some nice work.

I have bought books, hood-up a 220 line to use my cousin's welder, but this kid is very reasonable, I can't bring myself to try it on my own. The color match is perfect too.
 
anyone can deal with a welder with a little paitience...color matching however takes experience and skill...nice work
 
Looks great! I have to ask how old is that van? It doesn't look old enough to be that rusty even in Rustohio.

It is a 2004, but I have had work done 2 other times on the doors. I had the windows removed after 6 years to deal with rust. These Sprinter van are horrible rust buckets.

Crappy paint and crappy galvanized metal. My van has twice the paint millage, because I ordered it in metal blue. They are all painted white and then custom paint is applied over the white. This pretty typical and the FedEx trucks were a lot worse than this.
