i'm going to look at it in less than 12 hrs. the elder gent got it in trade from the orig owner who claims to have reciepts over 39k in repairs since the truck was bought new. i almost dont believe it, but the guy said he spent rediculous money on things like powercoating the bumper and grill etc. says it has a 318 in it and is all factory.

definitely excited to drive it tomorrow and feel it out. maybe i'll have a new 4x4 very soon!

That's a steal!!!

That's a steal!!!

keep in mind we have rust up here! but i still think it should be. guess it has manual steering and manual brakes. but thats ok with me! comes with good studded tires so i'll have to change those out quickly. dana 60 out back seems to be factory and 4.10 gears. np205 transmission. i'm curious if its a 1/2 or 3/4 ton now. (i expect 1/2 but who knows)

just happy it does not have the big trucker mirros with 14 rods holding them onto the doors in 16 different places. (not sure if thats possible but still!)

got 5 hole wheels so i think that'll make it a 1/2 ton. better yet!.

It waz ment for yeah Spdcrazy! Hey, get ah ride over and drive it home. The rest of us would pay double or more just in shipping, Jer
and i did! feels great. ran like a top. not a huge fan of the fuel tank placement. and it NEEDS mufflers, way to loud straight piped like it is. the front drivers rocker is about gone and the fenders will prob need replacing, but i have all winter to source parts. and then hope they can match the paint!

Excellent, congrats!

thanks! i sourced a rocker for $50 a side. and the fenders will be next. interior is good. i'd like to swap the front axle for disk brakes! but for now i'll just drive it!

i ran the vin and it technically isn't a power wagon, just a pickup, but it comes up as a d100 which should mean 2wd right? its very much so 4x4. It doesn't much matter tho, its mine!

i need to come up with a slick none chrome tool box for the back to put my firefighting gear in. thinking a plastic storage tote in black and bolt it down, lock it up and keep it tight to the front drivers corner. idk ideas are endless.
