If that doesn't produce some leads, NOTHING will.
We'll see if the rich Europeans will come through for you Henry.

Hope you don't mind Henry (sorry, said Stan earlier...) but I have a slight case of covet going on. Nice car.

Thank you very much for the link, It looks like a great way of not losing one's *** at an auction which are unpredictable. I will post if I sign up for it. Henry

That's a beautiful car! You have a lot of history with it, won't it be hard to see it go?

Thanks DetMatt, yeah I spent my whole life literally around this car, Brought home from the hospital as a newborn, my first car when I was 16. and thirty years after that of stories, good and bad, nice and naughty. It is a mixed feeling that I have but I cant see me doing anything else, I love to plan, organize, daydream, fabricate and build cars and have a few cars in mind that I really want to try and build. unfortunately I do not have the pockets to put this in a large garage for when I want to drive it, I need my space and coin for the next one, while I still can physically do the work.

That is also why my Volksrod is for sale, once they are "done" I want to move to the next one. I have built three ( complete show ready) cars in my life, sold the first one, working on the fourth, wanting to start the fifth. I am 46 and just a working stiff. henry

Once the right guy sees your car it will be gone. Compared to anything else in the price range, your car is a much better value. Everyone wants a B body, in that arena your car would probably get double your asking price pretty quickly. I think Hemmings is a perfect avenue for that overseas money.
As a side note I have a 65 with almost 10k in ,without paint.I don't ever plan on selling it so it doesn't matter. Point is I could have bought yours and been further money ahead. I hope my wife doesn't see this post.

It's the Hemmings Blog find of the day today. The reader comments are interesting.

Yes, it was interesting but not unexpected. Bunch of people who don't like restomods. Count me in that category. Some not understanding why he is selling it. Count me in there again since I can speak from owning my father's car as my first car. Translation it is not going anywhere for any price.

Every ******* has an opinion to share... It's an absolutely beautiful car. Ignore the haters...
