My '73 IMP gets some vitamins - and a question for you guys

Hi guys,

Well, the Imp is almost 5 months here now, and i decided to freshen it up.

The original Carter Thermoquad carb was switched with a new Holley. All brakes were replaced, including new rear drums (I still cannot find new rotors for the front ones) and master cylinder and lines, wires, plugs, filters, front end arm control bushings, gaskets, engine and transmission mounts, radiator was cleaned, front shocks replaced, a new fan clutch was installed etc. All new set of tires was ordered.

Well, i noticed a new scratch near the hood emblem and i would like to fix it. Does anyone know if and where i can get the paint? I think it is Sunfire yellow (Y2).

Glenn is the one who painted the car & there was a can of paint in the trunk. Maybe I took it out before shipping?

Even looks good up there on that lift, outstanding. Just out of curiosity:why the Holley instead of Edelbrock??Did you have an Edelbrock before the Holley? Performance better with Holley?

I liked the holley I had on my old newport. Never had an edelbrock..

Should use the Holley, while you rebuild the thermoquad for her!

Actually, i had a new Holley in box which i uintended to replace the old one in my Fury. Then i had decided to freshen up the Imp. Was i mistaken in switching the TQ with the Holley?
