I finally took some time on the 300 it is an early 70 built in August 1969 recent tune 20-25 years ago has the good dist (non vac retard dist) 70k on it, Holly carb boo hiss, new brake parts, remote trunk release, am/fm 8 track, power windows non power bucket seats disk brakes also power ant. I thought that it would have the same rear exhaust mount as the vert but they are not there. More to 001.jpg002.jpg003.jpg012.jpg012.jpg004.jpg005.jpg017.jpg018.jpg019.jpg follow

OMG that car is awesome!!!! I was going to bid on it but cant have them all. Good luck and congrats with it. Johnny

Nicely optioned, great catch! I love the AAA trunk badge, is it metal? If it's not to your liking I'd take it off your hands (que the vulture sounds).....:poke:

Nice score 62dodge. Assuming your '70 iz a 440 W/ A/C and you sound like you're not happy with the Holly 4160 series. And If you're serious about wanting to swap it for the correct AVS your looking for AVS4147S. You might try Wildcat Auto Wrecking in Sandy, Or. or Moore's Auto Salvage in Rapid City, S.D. Their both on the web and probably both have it. I sold my 300 Hurst in '99 but the FSM stays on my book shelf! Their not too hard to come by and you should have one if your gonna play with that '70 Fussie. Cheerz and G.L. with it, Jer

Nice!! Too good to part out IMO. How's the trunk? Let us know if you get it started. I was unsuccessful with the red one. I think it's skipped a tooth on the timing chain.

thanks for sharing the pics. Great colour combo. I hope it will survive

Carsten

Sorry about your red 300, the trunk in mine if I keep it will get por-15 and fiber glass if it was a high dollar car I would replace it, the floor pans are good. I might try to start it after the car show next weekend. This weekend and week I'm fine tuning the vert. bob
