The last time I drove the 300 was on Christmas day. My wife is a big srcapbooker and did a couple of pages with the 300, and me giving a ride to my cousins and sister.

Yes she is a great lady. She is not a big car nut but she really likes the 300. Loves that she had never seen one before mine and thinks the interior is cool.

Sorry Mike, wrong guy... it was 300rag that posted the pictures, but he was in Arizona at the time and also made note that Chris was present.

Also wrong year, it was a '65 monaco or Polara..

That Plymouth is flat out awesome. Someone like me does not need a hemi under the hood but man would it be a blast to ring that machine out as it should be.

I'm with you I don't need a Hemi under the hood to be happy, but it is fun to think about.

You couldn't even make it to Dairy Queen without fouling the plugs....

I missed this thread. That's a cool scrapbook.

Yes, she loves to scrapbook and I thought that was a pretty cool page. You could say she is obsessed with it like I am with cars.

Thanks for bursting my bubble Stan. It is good to know though. I can't ever see me changing out my 383. My 300 is going to be a cruiser and I want it to start and not have to fiddle it when I get a chance to take it for a spin.

It starts and runs so well since I got it started for the first time. I still haven't touched the carb since it was rebuilt. In fact I haven't changed the original plugs. When I pour oil down the cylinders I looked at the plugs and looked pretty new. I just cleaned them up and was going to change them out after the oil burned off, but the car ran so well I never touched them.

I wasn't trying to rain on your parade but I see this all the damn time.
Last week a saw a restored Thunderbolt. Six guys around it trying to get it to start and idle right to try and get home...
