WANTED Needed parts and accessories for a bare steering wheel

in search of parts for a believed to be 68 New Yorker steering wheel. Any and all accessories for the steering wheel. I.E. Horn ring, chrome trimming and horn button. i have just the plain wheel need everything else to put inside the wheel to make it complete. Part#2823651 26145

4054DF9 is the PN for the wheel. Assume you got it from me or you got it from someone else that bought it from me as that is my handwriting on the wheel. It is for 1968 all C bodies.

The casting number on it if it is not alpha numerical is just that, a casting number.
