Neutral safety switch HELP, fury vip 66

what happen if the neutral safety switch is missing??
my 66 fury doesn't start and I was wondering if the missing switch has something to do with that?
I have a new one but I don't know how or where to connect it!!
does anyone have diagram of the nss?

It goes on the side of the transmission near the speedometer cable and shift linkage.

i know that, but what I don't know is where to connect the other end of the cables?

Doesn't start or the starter doesn't work?

jump accross the posts on the starter relay and You will know if it is the starter make sure it is in park or nuetral if nothing happens then check the starter

A 66 has a single pole switch. The single wire (Brown) goes to the starter relay.
I'm pretty sure it goes to the 1/4" quick connect terminal that is not at an angle.
