I have come across an SRT8 that kind of interests me. Just wondering what you guys think would be a reasonable offer for the car. It is brand new - but it is also a 2010 model. Automatic BTW.

Zero miles brand new? Why?
Its on a dealers lot and hasn't been bought? In three years? $33,000

Get ready for 93 octane. You can get by with 87 if your driving the R/T W/5.7 but the SRT8 /W 6.1 will knock itself off the road if you try the 87 in it! And for what, a 10th less in the 1320'?

Thanks! Now I'm getting these in the banner ads! LOL!

I've had people tell me that Challengers that are a couple years old are going for peanuts.

You can get an SRT with a Magnuson or Kenne Belle & the internals, axles, etc. to handle it for $45K all day long. That's the smart buy if you ask me.

Dealer's NET invoice minus 10% is the lowest he will let it go for. After that, he'll do better at the auction. By NET, I mean after the thousands of $$, Chrysler gives him in back door dealer only incentives

I have to know why it's new. It's bothering me. When you say it's brand new, only a car that still has its Manufacturers Certificate of Origin is legally brand new. Does it have an MCO?

I am going to try and look at it tomorrow and see what's up with it. I really want to know why it hasn't sold.

Challengers hold their value, I have a Rallye Redline, all the SRT goodies with the 3.5, I could not see the extra 14k for the SRT. Its fun to drive, plenty of power.

I'd tell them $28k - Take it or leave it. 30 if I really was already in the market for one and I was ready to by.

I wouldn't even consider the auto in an srt8. The dodge auto is definetly not a fast shifting trans. I love the looks of the challengers, too bad they are so heavy. Odd that a new one from that year would still be around.

So I'm a day late and a dollar short. The guy that sold me my truck at that dealership says that it was new, never registered, maybe 100 miles on it and probably didn't sell because of the colour - Fuschia. The buyer has been putting money down on it for the last three months and took delivery yesterday for an undisclosed sum. Coincidentally, I have found 2 other new 2010 vehicles in the area - one of which is a regular cab 1500.

Furious Fuschia! :the penguin: While I was buying my last f350, there was one of these at the dealership in an SRT8. I sent a picture of it via cellphone to my wife. Right away she wanted it, so I started to crawl around it with the salesman and began talking about a deal since I was buying two vehicles. Called the wife back, she agreed but said she wanted to see it in person. So the salesman and I waited the hour and a half it took for my wife to get to the dealership. She sits inside it and asks why it has three pedals. We did not get the Furious Fuchia Challenger.

here is a photo I took of it while waiting for the wife to get there.....
