Hello everyone I am a longtime mopar fan and have owned many Chargers, Darts, and Trucks.
Currently I own no cool mopars, but I do have my eye on a '66 Monaco Convertible. But before I purchase this old gal I would appreciate a few words of advice on fixing her up. How are body part availability for these cars, I will need rear quarters, and rear floor pans. This car has a 318 Poly? auto with power windows (i have no idea if the power windows even work) are they fixable? replaceable? Also how is the power top operated is it an electric motor? That should be it there is more needed but those are the only issues that would potentially prevent me from buying her!! Hopefully with some good advice from anyone on this forum I will soon be the proud owner of my first cool mopar in 10+ years.
Cheers everyone and hope to hear from you soon. I will post some pictures of her when I pick her up... Hopefully!!! :yaayy:

Welcome Cam, thats a nice car you are looking to buy. There are a couple of people here that have the same model of vehicle so I am sure any number of people will be able to answer your questions.
When it comes to the sheetmetal though, your best bet is going to be finding a donor vehicle with good steel in it. C-body sheetmetal production is almost zero.

Welcome to the site from the Motor City! Power windows can be a pain in the *** but even at their worst they are very fixable so don't let that detour you. The sheet metal on the other hand can be a huge hurdle.

Welcome, sounds like a nice catch! Fuselage guy here so not too much experience with slab cars (ok, none.) BUT there are many in this realm who are experts with the slabs.
Mopar or no car!
