Thanks for posting pics. Looks like you are not wasting any time. Nice score on the build sheet. How solid is the stub frame?

Hi
Seems to be pretty good with some surface rust and a very light hit on the first crossmember where the strutrodbushings are.I think the car may hit a curb and bottomed out. There are only around 60000 miles on the car.I am going to have the frame sandblasted and hot zink dipped.I am pretty shure it wont weeken the frame but there is a million opinions on that that fill entire foren.
Is there anything i should know about?

Thanks for the interest
Rene

What are your plans for this one?

Hi

Well ive got the car in 2002 without engine. As you can see on the plate at that time i lived in california. The car is a k-code in its original color and came originally with a 360 engine. The previus owner told me that it that i came from northern california.A couple of mounths ago i sah a dodge st.regis for sale on the net with a cali plate that had the same color so i think it was from the same place.Well i am very carefull with the word restoration.I will do the best with the budget i have i guess. But it is going to be fixed as a daily driver.I am actuall happy that it came with the 360 in that case.Ive already have a very decent 99 dodge durango engine with fuel injection that is going in the car.I am in the process of rebuilding all the suspension components at the moment. All the thick parts will be hot zink dipped others hot zink sprayed.Soon the floor inside and out is getting blasted but i have not decided on the media yet.(the floor is actually the only part of the body that is real good).Even the roof is rusted thru on the side.So its not going to be all original rather a good quality driver with some upgrades that just make sense. And it is actually going to be seen on the road and not hidden i a garage. Those cars served the public very well and deserv a good retirement.
Rene
