I am new to the forum. I just bought a 1976 New Yorker online (hoping it is at least close to it's claimed condition) and will be flying down to Minnesota next week to pick it up. The car will stay in Minnesota were I spend part of a year. I have always loved this particular body/waterfall grill since I was 14 and walked out of the barbershop and a brand new 74 Imperial was sitting there. I had 3 New Yorkers in the mid 80's- 90 when I was poor and in school. All of those were rusty $500 cars that always ran but never well. I kind of surprised myself because the last 15 years I did a fair amount of drag racing and some auto cross and never really thought about a land yachts until I retired last year and sold my Challenger.
