New to the site

Hi everyone-I am new to this site and am a proud owner of two 1973 Chrysler newport 2 drs and a 1973 dodge polara 2dr. I have the Navajo Edition that some may have seen at the Chrysler Nationals in Carlisle. I do have a question about the polara. I am currently restoring this car and it is a custom VIP model with the plaid seat inserts, red body moldings, black shag carpet and I am looking for any info I can find on this model. I have a few things like a small sunsations ad and a dealer promo kit showing the features of this model but can't find anything else. Does anybody have any suggestions? I am also looking for the correct wheel covers with the red center medallions. This special model seems to have been forgottten compared to the Navajo. Look forward to hearing from members.Thanks

I am trying to remember the custom VIP. There might be a folder were it was advertised. Kinda like a spring special. The folder included three different Dodge models. I will have to search for it but it will take some time. The seats looked great as they were kinda multicoloured cloth.

I do have that folder you are talking about. It features the polara, charger and dart sport. It explains the option packages and what comes with it. I was lucky to find that.
