Ok so I'm new to C-Body world. I've purchased a 64 Dodge 880. Is there anything that interchanges with a 63 Dodge 880? Hoods, doors, trim, & glass? Thanks for the help.

Best to do your homework. 1963 and 1964 Dodge 880s are C-Bodies.

The C-Body cars were produced from 1965 to 1978.
Only the 1965 Custom 880 was classified as a C-Body.
Chrysler C-Bodies: Fury, VIP, Custom 880, 300, Newport...

As an owner of a 64 Chrysler NY, I can assure you that the 63-64 Mopar model years were not C bodies. That being said, it doesn't mean we can't help the guy. It's a common misnomer and I don't know that pointing it out only to not offer any help or support does anyone any good, but to each his own I suppose.
Additionally, any parts I have found from a 63 do fit my 64, so I suspect it may be the same for your Dodge 880's. In fact, I have bought some parts made for 63-64 Dodge 880's that fit my Chrysler NY. eBay has a Chrysler/Dodge interchangeable parts manual (albeit a reprint) for sale that might help you get started in the right direction as well.
