Looks like a coroner's wagon.
Aside from that it looks in great shape. $12.5k is pretty high though imho.

From the looks of it, the engine bay seems to have been overhauled -- and rather properly. On a minor note, it looks like it has a newer voltage regulator (Dave, did the 1972's have the dimple of our 1970's?)
