All white may not be the most desirable, but with some cleaning up this could be a very nice original 69 300 convertible:

Seller seems believable. Original buyer must have been familiar with the reliability issues of Chrysler power windows to have ordered it with a lot of nice options, but no power windows. Low miles seem believable too. I am not sure I would have sold it with no reserve at the starting price listed, but it will be an interesting auction, although most of the bids will be at the last minute probably.
 
That's a really nice car and will be interesting to watch. Risky time of year to sell a car without a reserve but this might be the car to do it with.
 
Seems to be a solid car, worst thing I could see is a shabby repaint with lots of traces on sealings/weatherstrip.
 
I really need that to park next to Will....

I like it ....! After red & copper the triple white is my favorite combo.
