...on Furiosa, our 73 T&C, but the high voltage elements in the rear bulbs work fine with the turn signals. Guessing the actuator? On the A bodies I have owned the actuator is simply a cam on the brake pedal linkage that contacts a microswitch. I've only done a cursory examination so far, but I don't see anything on Furiosa's linkage resembling an actuator (I have to be careful diving under the dash since I get vertigo very easily...). Can anyone give me the skinny on what the setup is?

Also, no hazards although both turn signals work fine. Bad switch?

Thanks,

Jeff in Baltimore

it does seem like a bad switch or it needs adjustment.
the hazards though could be a bad flasher unit or ground.
Check all fuses and go from there.
physical issues suck, I had to crawl under my dash a few weeks ago sorting out a no brake lights issue when the headlights were on.
Turned out to be a loose connector and caused a back feed.
