On the Saturday before Easter we always have an Easter Egg Hunt at my church. This year both of my children were able to make it to Chico to spend the weekend with us. I drove my Newport to the church and my son drove his Gremlin. So, after all was finished, we drove to the "Foodie Cafe" at the Chico Airport for lunch. It made for a nice little cruise! My wife was with me and Jerry and Mariah rode together in the Grem. It was a great day weather wise! Happy Easter!

In case any of you are wondering, no, that is not a stock dash in the Grem.

I was able to take my NYB out for nice back-roads cruise Sunday morning at sunrise. Great ride in the country. I do that whenever I can.

Nice Gremlin! Like the SC360 hood scoop. My 2nd car was a 73 Mellow Yellow Gremlin X with a 5.0L V8. Fun car.

That's sweet! If you look closely at my Son's car you will see the rally wheel caps on on the Indy 500 wheels! It was his idea.

This car, an original 258 3-speed, is now 401 powered and has a T-10 4-speed from a '68 Javelin. The 401 came from a wrecked '77 Wagonneer. My Son and I did all of the assembly.

I learned how to drive a manual transmission on a Gremlin. Three on the tree.
Was it a '70? From my knowledge, 1970 was the only year for the three on the tree. For '71 and up the 3-speed was mounted on the floor; some automatics were still on the column.
