This morning on my way to work I dropped by the local Wendy's to get some coffee. They had to make another pot so I was waiting. After a few minutes another guy came in, I got my coffee, added some sugar and then headed for the door and whoa! There is a '68 Sport Fury convertible parked out front! It wasn't there when I walked in so I figured it must belong to the guy who came in after me, and it does. We started talking and he bought it recently off of Craigslist from somebody else who lives here in this same little town. Oakdale has about 17,000 residents and I have lived here for almost 18 years and I have never seen this car before. I told him I had one, too, but I was driving Dodge truck so it wasn't in the parking lot for him to see. I did get his name and number before he left, but I was so surprised I wasn't thinking clearly enough to get any pics of the car up close. I finally thought to get a couple out of the window as he was driving away but that was the best I could do. I was amazed to see another one here in little old Oakdale. Who knew?!?
