These are unopened and as I understand it from sources on the internet it can be used as a stool softener.
Well that's what Mark Zuckerberg says as he is suffering from a slump in his stock and he is "backed up".

Myself I would consider it somewhat dicey unless you added some honey/brown sugar to it to mollify the taste.
