NOS Road wheel centers on e-bay

I know the seller, nice enough guy BUT I was there when he bought these at Carlisle for a hundred a center. The seller had a case, and when Bill saw me standing over his shoulder he asked the seller to put all he had away, he had to go find money... he bought them all. A day late and a dollar short as usual.


A grand seems steep but guess what? Probably worth it

Why are they so scratched to crap if there NOS in the boxes, The guys on crack.

I could see that, not $1000 costly.........................I'll just get some caps for my dome's I think (was that the right terminology?)

I certainly would, if I had it. The early caps are indeed a tough find.

I can't criticize him shooting for a grand but I think he will sell them faster and with less headaches if he added "Make an Offer".
They WILL sell. But how much and how long does he want to deal with it?
By asking a grand he will get 800.
If he asked 800 in the first place, everybody would offer five...
