RUN!!!!!!

That's a 78 wiper assembly!!!!

And it's broke!!!!

The inner cam Part Number 3799183 is broken!!!!!

Complete junk!!!!!!

The pivots and crossbar linkage is usable. If you the real linkage bar from the 74-77 car you could make it work with a little fabrication. The hardest part is making the part that bolts to the wiper motor. And then cut and weld the small cam end over the big cam end of this linkage. Not too hard.
