To someone not acquainted with these cars, they appear just to be a slightly larger Imperials but in fact, probably 50+ percent of the body panels are either handmade or hand modified. Items like chrome moldings, glass, interior fitments, are all Ghia only and in many cases, handmade. Only the most discerning customer was invited by Chrysler to purchase an Imperial Ghia limousine. At a time when you could pay $9,724.00 for a 1963 Cadillac limousine, a Chrysler Imperial Ghia Limousine cost $18,500 plus the additional items that have been added to this vehicle.

Oh no worries man. I think you can edit pics out, give it a try.
The thread would be better for it.

What a beautiful car. Surprised to see a heavy car like this one with a/c having what appears to be a 22" radiator.

thanks, I'll try it

Unusual to see one of these in a color besides black, I'm usually a non-fan of brown, but it looks elegant here, especially w/the tan interior. These were truly the last of the hand-built limos, no less than amazing.

Is it brown? Looks maroon on my monitor, and I agree it looks very elegant. I find it interesting that the front is upholstered in black but the back is upholstered in tan. Sure would need a long garage to store it!

This guy is unloading about 6-7 of these Limo's.....A '60 popped up earlier today!

Looking at the firewall it was originally green. What a surprise!

That was standard practice on the Imperial limos...the drivers compartment was in black (utilitarian) and the passenger area upholstered according to the owner's desire.

None of the cars he has listed has met reserve yet. Wonder if any will sell...
