This is a Mopar OEM Dodge/Plymouth Rear License Plate Mounting Panel
#2188619, with spring Hinge. It came off of a 1964 Dodge Polara 500,
but will work on many 1962-1965 Dodge & Plymouth models. Panel, hinge,
and spring are in good working condition. Spring feels tight when
operating hinge. Panel is in good original condition. Two rubber bumpers
(2252184) are present. $25.00. Local Pickup, or buyer pays shipping.
