Woke up this morning looking at the green side of the grass again and am pleased to say that I am now officially old enough to start collecting my monthly stipend from the government. Too bad it's not enough to buy toys with, though.

Figure out what the great state of Texas did with their educational system in the Lone Star State because every teacher in the state is in a private retirement fund and they Pay "0" S.S. because of the way it's set up! My Wife played by those rules thru' the mid and late '90s when we lived in Austin, Jer
