I was in Rockford yesterday and made a detour to go by Collector Cars Ltd who used to have some Imperial parts for sale.
It's been about 4 years since last there, and when I get there yesterday almost everything was gone. Any locals know if he sold everything or were they crushed?

I will be driving through Rockford Tuesday...whats the story with the light green coupe?

I think he was trying to say that the last two pictures were from the other day and that most of the cars are gone.

Oh yes I agree with you, just wondered if he knew more about that car since he'd been there before...interesting color!

Surprising that the roof isn't totally rotted. Looks pretty complete. The must want B-J prices.

The fendertag is hardly readable but I tried my best.. but no guaranty that the following is correct..

I may have not been clear in my original post, but just about the cars in the first 4 pictures, including the 73 Imp, are no longer there.
Most of the cars those cars on their website had been sitting for years. That Imp was sunk so far into the ground, I would bet the floors were gone. The last time I had a close up look at it, the door panels were missing.
The Caddy with the camper, and the 77/78 Lincoln flower car in the last 2 pictures are the only older vehicles I saw behind the fence from the street.
BTW, the pictures of the cars in the field on their website, is the same location where I took the pictures. If he still has them, they've been moved to a different location, but I doubt he kept any of them because of how badly those cars rusted from being out in the elements for so long.

Well, don't leave us hanging, do tell why!

Same company has had more than a few name changes and multiple eBay accounts . If you buy something I would have someone inspect it or yourself before paying . They are the masters of switch and bait.
