I wonder how many C bodies would fit in there.
 
It's open but it's over a mile long, I rode my bike through it (wearing a helmet light) people are allowed to hike or bike at their own risk.
 
Sure why not you travel that POS road at your own risk and are trapped like a rat when someone breaks down or has a fender bender. Boy I miss the old days of swapping tickets and ripping that road off. If they barricaded that road off today it would not bother me been back and forth to NJ, DE, and philly countless times and never gave them or the public roads a dime. What a commerce killer. Looks like you had a nice day for a bike ride they did not charge you for it did they.
