Possibly if you unbolt the light assy from the bumper, it might become more evident? On some of those cars, the bulb socket (metal with the wiring coming out of it) "snaps" into the light's housing. See if that part will twist in the housing, gently. If it does, they gently lever the back of the metal extension away from the housing and see if it doesn't pop out. IF it does do that, then just slightly push in on the bulb, then rotate the blub right or left until it disengages the locating tangs on the bulb base from the housing indentions.
Check the housing for any corrosion or gunk. Clean as necessary, Reinstall the bulb and then snap the bulb extension back into the housing AFTER you wipe the bulb of any fingerprints/oils from your hands.
IF you remove the light assy from the bumper, then you can remove the lens screws to get to the bulb. Do NOT loose the little filter along the sealing edge of the lens!. Wipe any dust off of the reflector, swap the bulb, and put it all back together.
