Would anybody know a part number or if this is available? It looks like a three line vacuum pass through for vacuum lines for heater, cruise control and maybe trunk. Thanks.

Ok, thanks. That looks like I could use a rubber plug and drill the holes needed and run the lines through. The picture in the manual looks like it has protrusions to accept the lines.
Just holes in that plug. I had a single vac line and nothing else, so I plugged the other two holes with a dab of black silicone.
