Beautiful seats MIGs.... Thought they were sold.....

Does the car have a vacuum trunk release?

The other seat had a rip, so he passed on it. Unsure if the trunk had a vacuum release, will check over the weekend.

I would be interested in the console and shifter assembly. My zip is 77379 if you could check shipping and let me know I would appreciate it.

Thanks MIGs but if you are not shipping parts as I read in the other thread, it is pointless.

But I could really use that VTR

Hello again,

the seats are electrically operated ? Do you have the seat motor yet ?

Best regards frank

Is that a U-code car? Did you offer it for sale as a complete car initially? Would have been nice to see one saved, rather than parted out.....

An update on status of this U code 300 from Moparts post:

"Bought this car intending to snatch some parts off it the crash and scrap it. Found out it is a 'U' code 440 HP car. Fully loaded with bucket seats and console, power windows and more. Previous owner cannibalized it for the 440 and trans, but I'm sure I can trade him stuff so I can get the HP manifolds, radiator and drive shaft back. Besides that, nearly perfect body, only rust is on back back window and small part of trunk pan. Any idea how many were made that way and what it it currently worth? Here is a link with about 70 pics of the car":

Hope someone can step up to the plate and save this one - still a nice car even though it will not be numbers matching again. That is, if he follows through to sell it rather than part it ..........................................

I had read the update on Moparts. With the original heart gone and the shape it is in he should have just parted it BUThe has to be willing to ship parts

Miguel told me at fall fling I could have it for $1300. Not looking for a project at this time though.

Still not getting any respect. Bottom line another nice one bites the dust. We should put this guys mug on our header...
