Past owner.....

I was supprised to get a call from a past owner of Jazebelle this morning.

I found his name on several of the invoices I got when i bought her and was able to trace him to a address in Florida, and also found a phone # for him. I called over 6 months ago and left a message on a answering device but never heard back ...... until today.
He's 85 and had been suffering ill health but made it a point to save my number and called now that he's feeling better.

He was tickled to hear that Jazebelle, (his name for her was "Traveler"), was doing well and being enjoyed. He also had a passion for her when he owned it. He told me he wintered in Florida and would be traveling home to New Jersey soon, where he had a file of information and pictures that he would share with me.
Can't wait.
I just sent him an e-mail with a bunch of pictures of Jazebelle as she is now.

I like that ....... Traveler seems like a very fitting name. ( he said it was named after Robert E Lee's horse).

For sure i'll share what I get. I'm not sure how long it will be before he gets home and locates the info. He's 85 and his comprehension on the phone was a little slow. A really pleasent guy though. It sounded like he has some stories to tell.
