Photos From Enfield, CT 4th Of July Celebration Car Show

Mopars In Motion car club I belong to had its 3rd Annual 4th Of July Town Celebration in Enfield, CT yesterday Sunday July 7th. From what I heard the car count got up to 300. This show is an all make an model show, with a $5.00 minimum donation and 100% go to the town of celebration inc. The show consisted of 2 c-bodies plus our purple 4-door sedan. The rarest car there in my opinion was a brown 1969 Dodge A-100 camper that came in from Rhode Island. I talked with the owner, he said it had a shag carpet but he got rid of it, he got the 318 engine rebuilt, and everything else is original including paint. The only other one of these I seen was in Carlisle last year, and it was green. They had a 50/50, and the pot got up to $690. I took some pictures I figured everyone would enjoy.

Above- 1941 Willy's with Chevy engine.

Above- 1955 Buick Special

Above- 1963 Galaxie 300.

Above-1963 Split Window Corvette. 4 speed, with supercharger.

Above- Not sure the years of these 2, had to guess, 65. Loved the color combos.

Above- 1965 Chevy Alpache 10. Looked freshly done. Talked with the owner. He said he owned it 37 years and redid it twice.

Above- 1967 Chevy II Nova

Above- For @Yeahrightgreer. 1968 Firebird droptop

Above- 1969 Cougar Eliminator. 427 engine.

Nice show in a nice setting - not positive, but I think I have seen that A-100 van at Carlisle at least once...……. and dig that black/red '62 Poncho...….

The black w/ red Pontiac is a 62, but I don´t know about the Vette.
